Court of Honor
A Court of Honor is a formal ceremony held by the Troops that celebrates the accomplishments of scouts, including rank advancements, merit badge achievements, and other notable accomplishments. The ceremony is held three times a year, with all families and friends invited.
While adult leaders play a role in planning and executing the ceremony, Courts of Honor are designed to be scout-led, allowing scouts to take ownership and responsibility for the event.
Eagle Scout Court of Honor
Eagle Scout Courts of Honor are even more formal ceremonies that are held to recognize scouts who have earned the Eagle Scout rank, Scouting's highest achievement. These ceremonies are planned by families and executed by scouts and adult leaders from the Troops.
