Summer Camp

Summer Camp provides great opportunities for Scouts to earn unique Merit Badges, learn new skills, practice leadership, and have fun! In recent years scouts attended week long camps at Camp Emerald Bay on Catalina Island off California, Camp Woodruff in Georgia, and Ben Delatour in Colorado.

 

High Adventure Camp

Our older scouts participate in High Adventure expeditions at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico or Sea Base which operates adventures out of the Florida Keys, US Virgin Islands, and Marsh Harbour, Bahamas. The activities offered include mountain backpacking, canoeing, scuba diving, sailing and more. Participation varies depending on the activity and is usually offered to scouts who are aged 14 and older, completed 8th grade, and have reached the rank of First Class.
